TAX CREDIT! The tax credit expires on April 30, 2010. It’s $8,000 for first time home buyers and $6,500 for repeat buyers. If you or someone you know has been on the fence about purchasing a home, now is the time to act. Interest rates will not stay this low much longer. One way to get the investors back into the market so there is more money to lend is to give them a higher yield. How is that done, you ask…higher interest rates or that other word we hate ‘inflation.’
