Get Pre-Qualified

Getting pre-qualified for a home loan is by far the most important part of buying a home. It should be your first step. Once you know how much of a loan you qualify for, how much money you can afford to put down, and you get a general idea of what your monthly payment will be you'll be ready to go when you find that perfect home.

Looking at homes first and finding your dream home only to find out you have something negative on your credit score or just simply don't qualify for that loan amount can be devastating and can make you want give up.

Our best advice is to start with talking to a mortgage loan officer, have them run your credit, then review all of your available options. If you do not know a loan officer or where to start, we would be happy to refer you to some of the great lenders that we've worked with in the past.
